Café des aidants : information et rencontre à Toulon
Parce qu’être un aidant n’est pas un rôle toujours facile à gérer au quotidien, l’Equipe Territoriale de Soins Palliatifs anime un Café des Aidants sur TOULON. C’est un lieu d’information et de rencontre qui permet d’échanger conseils et expériences, et de créer des liens entre ceux qui vivent des situations similaires.
Il s’agit de réunions d’échanges animées par une psychologue et une assistante sociale destinées à des personnes accompagnant un proche en perte d’autonomie ou en situation de handicap.
Durant une heure trente, le Café des Aidants propose :
- Une présentation du thème par la psychologue et/ou l’assistante sociale,
- Des échanges sur le thème de la rencontre,
- Des réponses aux questions.
Il est à préciser que :
- Les participants ne s’engagent à rien. Ils peuvent y aller une fois et ne plus y retourner ; ou choisir la date du café selon le thème proposé.
- Les participants n’ont pas besoin de s’inscrire : l’accès est libre.
- Coût : aucun.
- Lieu : dans le cadre du contexte sanitaire : 58 avenue de l’Aéroport à Hyères.
